OUR EVENT MANAGEMENT PRACTICE
We offer full services in event planning and execution, from concept design and event rundown, onsite implementation to post event report, including but not limited to:

•      Generate ideas and design concept
•      Execute and manage events inside-out
•      Design and produce invitation letter, backdrop, welcome banner, and other décor
•      Support VIP invitation like Ambassadors, Government officials, Ministers/Heads of Department, Provincial authorities, etc.
•      Install event overlays: stage, audio & lighting system, carpet, chairs & podiums, decorative flowers, etc.
•      Draft and translate MC script, speeches, and other event materials
•      Manage personnel sourcing: MC, interpreters, PGs, photographers, cameramen, dragon/lion dancers, drum dancers, musicians, etc.
•      Provide food &beverage for cocktail, buffet or set menu parties
•      Produce door gift engraved with company logo
•      Post event report
